DSRPT — PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: August 16, 2026
See also our Terms of Service.
1. Introduction; Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Dsrpt Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Dsrpt," the "Company," "we," or "us"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the website located at dsrpt.finance and the applications and interfaces we operate (collectively, the "Interface"). This Policy applies only to the Interface. It does not apply to the Base blockchain network or any other public blockchain, which are public, decentralized networks that we do not control, or to third-party services you may use in connection with the Interface (such as wallets), which are governed by their own privacy policies. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service. By using the Interface, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information. (a) Information you provide: if you contact us, subscribe to updates, submit a support request, or send an arbitration opt-out or other notice, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as an email address and the contents of your communication. The Interface does not require you to create an account or to provide your name. (b) Information collected automatically: when you use the Interface, we and our service providers automatically collect your IP address, approximate geographic location derived from it, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions with the Interface, including through cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 6. (c) Blockchain information: when you connect a wallet, we collect your public wallet address and the transactions you submit through the Interface. Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are public information recorded on the Base network; we may associate your wallet address with the information described in clause (b) for the purposes described in Section 4. (d) Compliance screening information: we and our service providers may screen wallet addresses and IP-derived locations against sanctions lists and blockchain analytics data to satisfy our legal obligations and enforce jurisdictional restrictions.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or store your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords, and we will NEVER ask for them — any request for your private key or seed phrase claiming to come from Dsrpt is fraudulent. We do not knowingly collect government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or precise geolocation.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Interface; (b) enforce jurisdictional and eligibility restrictions, screen for sanctioned or restricted persons, and otherwise comply with legal obligations; (c) protect the security and integrity of the Interface and the Protocol, including detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, manipulation, exploits, and other prohibited conduct; (d) analyze usage in aggregate to understand and improve how the Interface is used; (e) respond to your communications and provide support; and (f) establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. How We Share Information
We share information: (a) with service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, and compliance screening providers, under obligations to use it only for those purposes; (b) with professional advisors, such as lawyers and accountants, where necessary; (c) to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others; (d) in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, in which case information may be transferred to the successor as permitted by our Terms of Service; and (e) with our affiliates for the purposes described in this Policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Interface, remember your preferences, and collect the usage information described in Section 2(b). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect the functioning of the Interface. Because there is no consistent industry standard, the Interface does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
7. Blockchain Data Is Public and Permanent
Transactions you submit through the Protocol, including your wallet address, the products you purchase, liquidity you provide, and payouts you receive, are recorded on a public blockchain. Blockchain records are public, distributed, and permanent by design, and can be analyzed and associated with you by third parties beyond our control. We cannot alter, delete, or restrict the visibility of information recorded on a blockchain, and rights of deletion, correction, or restriction under applicable privacy laws do not extend to blockchain records.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, tax, and reporting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it. Compliance-related records, including screening results and opt-out notices, may be retained for longer periods where required by law.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures reasonably designed to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, devices, and private keys.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. [If the Interface is offered to residents of the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, insert GDPR/UK GDPR disclosures here: legal bases for processing, international transfer safeguards, and data protection contact. If the Interface restricts those jurisdictions, counsel may instead simplify this section.] [If the Company meets a California Consumer Privacy Act threshold, insert CCPA/CPRA disclosures here: categories collected and disclosed, notice of rights, and method for verifiable requests. As an early-stage company, the Company may currently fall below CCPA thresholds — confirm with counsel.] To exercise any right, contact us as described in Section 13; we may need to verify your request, and we will honor rights requests to the extent required by applicable law, subject to Section 7 as to blockchain records.
11. International Users
The Company is located in the United States, and the Interface is operated from and hosted in the United States. If you access the Interface from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
12. Children
The Interface is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy; Contact
We may update this Policy from time to time by posting the revised version to the Interface with a revised "Last updated" date; material changes will be indicated by reasonable means, and your continued use of the Interface after a revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance of it. Questions, requests, and notices under this Policy should be directed to: Dsrpt Inc.; Email: dsrpt@dsrpt.finance.
This document is provided through the Dsrpt Interface. In case of any conflict with the operation of the Protocol’s smart contracts and their on-chain parameters, the smart contract code and on-chain parameters control.
